About the SF NPHC

A trusted regional council serving the Divine Nine community and the broader Bay Area for decades.

Mission & Vision

Who We Are

The San Francisco National Pan-Hellenic Council (SF NPHC) is the regional coordinating body for the nine historically Black Greek-letter organizations — collectively known as the Divine Nine — operating within the San Francisco Bay Area.

As a chapter of the National Pan-Hellenic Council, Inc., we bring together fraternities and sororities whose combined legacy spans more than a century of scholarship, civic leadership, service, and cultural advancement. Our council provides a unified voice for member organizations, fosters cross-organizational collaboration, and connects our community with resources and opportunities that strengthen the Bay Area.

We are committed to amplifying the collective impact of the Divine Nine — ensuring that each organization's individual excellence contributes to a shared regional legacy.
